The Natural Capital Assessment Team is based with Warwickshire County Council, employed by Warwickshire Wildlife Trust and deliver habitat assessments and surveys across Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull, to keep an up to date map of habitats and Local Wildlife Sites.
The team help with bespoke survey work / putting together reports for individual parish councils, e.g. helping with ecological components of local neighbourhood plans. For external work such as this, they charge £350 / day (2025 rate). Please note this will increase slightly in 2026 to cover inflation.
This is on a first come / first served basis depending on how much survey time available alongside existing workstreams surveying Local Wildlife Sites and so on. Previously, the team helped to put together an ecological report for the neighbourhood plan for Brinklow Parish Council. This included aspects such as an overview of Local Wildlife Sites in the parish, other ecological designations, overview of habitats etc.
