National Tree Week is brought to you by The Tree Council and partners, brings together the conservation sector, volunteers and tree-lovers to mark the start of the annual tree planting season.  There are now over 100 National Tree Week events submitted to their interactive map. Find activities near you or click here to view online events.

Free resources are available to inspire and support tree- themed events, at home or in a nearby green space or park. Tree Party resources have been shared with libraries all across the UK to create tree themed displays in these important and well-visited community hubs. Locally, Warwick Library took part – use the dedicated map to find your nearest library with a National Tree Week display.

The Tree Council and children’s magazine The Week Junior Science+Nature want to celebrate young people’s amazing writing skills and passions for trees and nature. If you know someone aged 7-16, encourage them to write a poem or story and enter our competition! Competition closes 8 January 2025

The Tree Council provides a wide range of resources to communities of all sizes and backgrounds, and can offering critical support for initiatives aimed at increasing green spaces, mitigating climate change, and enhancing the overall quality of life.  The Tree Council also supports a UK-wide network of volunteer Tree Wardens.
