This session for new clerks will outline the roles and responsibilities of the Council as a whole, covering the Clerk, Councillor and Chairman.

Ruth will explain Standing Orders, Financial Regulations and statutory documents and their importance. She will also cover the election and co-option procedure, and touch on neighbourhood plans and planning.
