WALC at present has five Area Meetings.  Area Meetings are a chance for Councils to come together and network, focus on hyperlocal topics and work in collaboration with other Councils in the same area facing the same issues.  This is one of the most important meetings Councils will attend.  One WALC director is present at each of the Area Meetings and feeds back at board meetings.
