* The Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on November 2020 to be approved

Matters Arising from the Minutes

* Cllr Rosemary Weaver, Chair of the Association will propose the approval of the Annual Review for 2020/21

6.

* 1. Mrs Aneeta Dhoot, Hon Treasurer, will propose the adoption of the Accounts for the financial year to 31st March 2021

7.

* 1. Election of Officers:
i. a) President
b) Vice-President
c) Honorary Treasurer

8.

* Appointment of Auditors

9.

* Appointments to the County Committee
i. To receive the appointments by the Area Committees where these have been made, and the direct nominations from larger councils

10.

Resolutions: (see note below on voting on the resolutions)
i. To approve proposed subscription rates for 2022 – 2023

11. The President will formally close the meeting
