* The Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 9th November 2019 to be approved


Matters Arising from the Minutes


* Cllr Rosemary Weaver, Chair of the Association will propose the approval of the Annual Review for 2018/19


* 1. Mrs Aneeta Dhoot, Hon Treasurer, will propose the adoption of the Accounts for the financial year to 31st March 2019


* 1. Election of Officers:
i. a) President
b) Vice-President
c) Honorary Treasurer


* Appointment of Auditors


* Appointments to the County Committee
i. To receive the appointments by the Area Committees where these have been made, and the direct nominations from larger councils


Resolutions: (see note below on voting on the resolutions)
i. To approve proposed subscription rates for 2021 – 2022 There are no proposed changes to the WALC Membership fee. There will be a small increase due to the NALC element being increased at their AGM
* ii To approve the delegation of power to the County Committee to make the decision as to whether the Association should become a limited company in the next year and implement that decision.


11. The President will formally close the meeting


Representatives of member councils will be able to vote digitally on the screen.
