Rural Affordable Housing

Essential training for all Stratford on Avon District, Parish and Town Councillors

Come and find out how local communities can develop homes for local people.

Local choice / local need housing schemes can only be brought forward by local communities and with the support of local communities i.e. developers are not in the driving seat. The schemes rely on an assessment of local housing needs and can include affordable homes and some local market homes.
