How is the broadband network being extended?

CSW Broadband is a partnership of 8 Local Authorities, led by Warwickshire County Council, that is rolling out superfast broadband to those areas where it would not be commercially viable to extend the network. These tend to be rural and more remote areas.

Hartshill is in North Warwickshire

Hartshill Parish Council has a vacancy for a Parish Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer/ Cemetery and Community Centre Manager

The post will be based at Hartshill Community Centre and will include responsibility for the day to day running of the centre and cemetery.

Clerking duties include preparing agendas, attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping accurate financial accounts.

Rowington is in Warwick District

Rowington Parish Council has a vacancy for the part time post of Parish & Clerk Responsible Financial Officer to the Council. 

The role is home based and applicants should have suitable home office facilities to enable the effective and safe fulfilment of the role. The salary is based on 15 hours per week with the hours of work being inclusive of attendance at monthly Parish Council Meetings held on the second Thursday evening of each month and the Annual Parish Meeting.

NPAPC is a small Parish Council and Councillors meet 6 times a year, bi-monthly, with occasional additional meetings to discuss planning applications. Meeting are held in the evenings and the Clerk would be expected to attend all meetings.
