Campaign To Protect Rural England Warwickshire are seeking two new trustees to help govern and manage the charity.

CPRE Warwickshire are looking for people with a strong interest in the countryside and a desire to protect for the present and the future of all the best characteristics of our county.

The job is voluntary and requires a minimum attendance at the Trustee meetings held four times a year. Beyond this, the input from the new Trustees will depend upon their circumstances and motivation to support the charity.

The duties and responsibilities of Trustees are set out in great detail on the Charity Commission website.

In addition to those obligations, ideally CPRE would like people who are able to contribute to the development and growth of the branch by:

  • Using networking (both personal and digital) to raise our profile to recruit more members and find new sources of income
  • Help manage events – such as the annual fun ride, visit and walks
  • Manage projects such as hedgerow surveys, litter picks, ideally with the possibility of raising funds to pursue these projects

Please contact John Wharam, CPRE Warwickshire's Branch Manager, if you would like to discuss this further on 01926 494597 or 07724 604091. Find out more about what CPRE Warwickshire cares about.
