This LAIS focuses on the Data Protection Bill which is likely to change as it passes through the parliamentary processes. It is not possible just to look solely at the wording of the Bill when considering the intended applicable law, as cross-references are made to the GDPR throughout the body of the Bill.

Bewdley’s Neighbourhood Plan...

"Bewdley Town Council has been leading on the production of the town’s Neighbourhood Plan since 2015.

The new Neighbourhood Planning Act of 2017 makes several detailed changes about the process for neighbourhood plans it also includes a specific point that relates to pubs.  Many communities - especially in rural areas have pressures on losing their pubs which may be the last facility in the village. 

Burton Dassett is in Stratford upon Avon District

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in local issues with the flexibility to be able to work from home.  The duties include keeping the council’s financial records, ensuring the council meets the requirements for audit, and preparation of a budget.

Requirements: This role requires someone who has time to dedicate to delivery during the day and occasionally in the evening. Attendance at bi-monthly Parish Councils meetings will be essential. This post would suit someone looking for regular part time work.
