The Parish Council welcomed Charles Barlow from WCC regarding the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment Place-Based Approach (JSNA). The assessment is used to inform the planning and delivery of services and support; it can also be a useful source of information for charities and communities themselves.  All residents are encouraged to complete the survey online https://ask.warwickshire.gov.uk.

Shrewley Parish Parents - The Parish Council is delighted to report that they have agreed to donate £2k to support the fund raising to install a childrens playground behind the Village Hall.  The group are hoping to raise the £27k required within the next 12 months.  Their next fund raising event will be a Burns Supper at the Durham Ox on 25th January.

WDC Report - Cllr George Illingworth attended the PC meeting in his official capacity as Chairman of the District Council.  WDC brought together some of the longest serving tenants for a celebration of 100 years of council housing.  The event included a presentation and nostalgic entertainment.

The budget has been set for fees and charges and parking charges may be increased in Kenilworth.

Residents are encouraged to participate in the Canalside Development Plan Document (DPD) so that WDC can understand your views on what is important to our Parishes and Towns and the residents they serve.
