I very much enjoyed the course but also quickly realised how essential it is. It was encouraging to be able to draw on some experience to help me through the course but I was also learning throughout the process.
Securing the CiLCA qualification has given me extra confidence but has also brought recognition from council members who are equally thrilled to have a qualified clerk."
