For officers who want to understand how to prepare their council’s Annual Governance & Accountability Return and comply with the requirements of the audit process.

This session introduces the Annual Return and the stages of the audit process, enabling you to complete all the relevant steps correctly.

This session is being run by The Parkinson Partnership LLP.  There will be Members in attendance from other Associations. WALC personnel may not be present.

This is an interactive session

you will need a device with a reasonable screen size such as a PC, laptop or tablet to be able to participate fully.

Fees

£30.00 per delegate for Member Councils

Non-member fee £60.00

  • Members with a budgeted income up to £15,000 will get half price for all delegates
  • Members with a budgeted income between £15,001 & £30,000 can send two for the price of one
  • Members with a budgeted income between £30,001 & £50,000 can send three for the price of two
  • Members with a budgeted income over £50,000 can send five for the price of four

Cancellations

Any delegate cancellations

must be received in writing 5 days before the event for a full refund of the fee. Substitute delegate(s) may be named at any time up to the event.
