WALC will subsidise member councils

Members with a budgeted income up to £15,000 will get half price for all delegates
Members with a budgeted income between £15,001 & £30,000 can send two for the price of one
Members with a budgeted income between £30,001 & £50,000 can send three for the price of two
Members with a budgeted income over £50,000 can send five for the price of four

Fees

£30.00 per delegate for Member Councils

£60.00 per delegate for non-member councils
these fees are low compared with other county associations and training providers

Neil Pearce

Avon Planning Services

Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Diploma in Town Planning; he is a Chartered Town Planner and member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and is a former Director and Trustee of the Town and Country Planning Summer School charity. With over 16 years experience in local government he has worked for Bournemouth Borough Council, Coventry City Council, Stratford-on-Avon District Council and as a Development Manager at Wychavon District Council. In addition to local government appointments, Neil has been an independent consultant since 2003 assisting a broad range of clients including local planning authorities, town and parish councils.
