The course focuses on the management and operation of cemeteries in compliance with the Local Authorities Cemeteries Order 1977 and associated legislation. Common problems are discussed and ways to avoid these by using the law.
Chief Executive of the Institute of Cemetery & Crematorium Management
Tim Morris is the Chief Executive of the Institute of Cemetery & Crematorium Management and has over 30 years experience in the management of cemeteries. He represents the Institute at the Ministry of Justice' Burial and Cremation Advisory Group and on the board of the British Register of Accredited Memorial masons. He is responsible for all Institute initiatives including the production of accredited education and training programmes and best practice guidance.
Parking will be available in Pool Road Car Park which is situated to the rear of the village hall (free parking) and you can access the entrance to the village hall on foot easily from this car park.
