Transparency Fund Networking Event - Help your council comply with the Transparency Code

A chance to gain advice from representatives from both WALC and NALC on applying for grants from the fund, meet representatives from other councils and share best practice
For Councils with a budgeted income lower than £25,000 the Transparency Fund can cover website set-up and monthly costs, staffing costs and software and hardware costs. The Fund has been set up to help smaller councils with the costs of complying with the Transparency Code but all funding will end on 12th February 2018 and WALC and NALC are encouraging all eligible councils to apply as soon as possible.
This informal drop-in session will guide you through the application process. There is no formal agenda for the session, so please feel free to drop in between 11.30am - 1.30pm. Chris Borg and Jessica Lancod-Frost from NALC will be on hand to offer advice and support in completing your application. This is also an opportunity for those who have successfully applied to the fund to come along and share your success stories.

Parking: On entering the Warwick Enterprise Park site continue past the main Prince Philip Building on the left hand side and then turn left. There are a number of designated free visitor parking spaces in this area. The WALC offices are located in the Prince Philip building,
