This course covers the lists below and deals with common problems, issues and mistakes and the costs that can be realised by burial authorities. The course will tell you how to avoid these costs and create potential new income streams. The subjects listed below are not exhaustive therefore any problems and issues raised by delegates will be explored.

David has been in the role of Technical Services and Guidance Manager with the ICCM since 2008, in which he engages on issues such as training, consultancy, management placement, and assisting members.
David writes and delivers training to a diverse group of people from Cemetery and Crematorium Managers, staff working within the bereavement profession and Town and Parish Clerks with a responsibility for cemeteries.
