Responding to Planning Applications 3 & 10 November

Over two Zoom sessions we will explore the different types of planning applications, what those applications include and how best to respond to them. 

If you have recently attended our 'Understanding the Planning Process' session and want more indepth knowledge then these sessions are ideal.

The course will be led by WALC Planning Advisor Neil Pearce of Avon Planning Services.

Record of attendance at training events is required when applying for the Local Council Awards Scheme

Fees

£50.00 per delegate for Member Councils

Non-member fee £100.00

  • Members with a budgeted income up to £15,000 will get half price for all delegates
  • Members with a budgeted income between £15,001 & £30,000 can send two for the price of one
  • Members with a budgeted income between £30,001 & £50,000 can send three for the price of two
  • Members with a budgeted income over £50,000 can send five for the price of four

Cancellations

Any delegate cancellations

must be received in writing 5 days before the event for a full refund of the fee. Substitute delegate(s) may be named at any time up to the event.

With nearly 20 years experience in local government Neil has worked for Bournemouth Borough Council, Coventry City Council, Stratford-on-Avon District Council and as a Development Manager at Wychavon District Council. In addition to local government appointments, Neil has been an independent consultant since 2003 assisting a broad range of clients including local planning authorities, town and parish councils.
