Andrea Pellegram has been delivering this training since 2014 to literally hundreds of people in the Local Council sector. She is an experienced planner who has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1991 and has worked across the discipline from most angles. She is therefore able to respond to difficult questions and offer practical advice.
