Over two Zoom sessions we will explore the different types of planning applications, what those applications include and how best to respond to them. The webinar will be led by WALC Planning Advisor Neil Pearce of Avon Planning Services.
If you have recently attended our 'Understanding the Planning Process' session and want more indepth knowledge then these sessions are ideal.

Avon Planning Services
With nearly 20 years experience in local government Neil has worked for Bournemouth Borough Council, Coventry City Council, Stratford-on-Avon District Council and as a Development Manager at Wychavon District Council. In addition to local government appointments, Neil has been an independent consultant since 2003 assisting a broad range of clients including local planning authorities, town and parish councils.
