Warwickshire County Council, Stratford on Avon District Council and Warwickshire & West Midlands Association of Local Councils would like to invite Councillors from all 3 tiers of local government to a 3 Tier Planning Assembly the aims of which are:-

  • To strengthen partnership working and relationships with Councillors from other authorities
  • To have a better understanding and awareness of each other’s roles in the planning process and where each authority sits.

This training session will cover what all clerks and councillors need to know in preparation for the end of year accounts on 31st March.

The course wil be led by Gill Lungley -  Gill has represented Worcestershire as county representative at SLCC’s NEC and is a member of the Institute of Local Council Management, which means that she keeps up to date with personal training and CPD.  Currently Gill works part-time for two parish councils as well as delivering CALC training.

the content of this session is the same as the event being held on 21 January at Meriden Village Hall
