FREE sessions for all member Councils

From 1st April 2015 all councils with an annual turnover of less than £25,000 need to publish specific information on a website that is freely accessible for all.  These short sessions will help councils consider what they need do to comply and will offer options in setting up a website and details on how to apply to the Transparency Fund.

This training session will cover what all clerks and councillors need to know in preparation for the end of year accounts on 31st March.

The course wil be led by Gill Lungley -  Gill has represented Worcestershire as county representative at SLCC’s NEC and is a member of the Institute of Local Council Management, which means that she keeps up to date with personal training and CPD.  Currently Gill works part-time for two parish councils as well as delivering CALC training.

the content of this session is the same as the event being held on 21 January at Meriden Village Hall
